November 21, 2007 - Fredericksburg, VA – Robert Stanford, President of Zenith Aviation, Inc. announced today the construction of new warehouse and office facilities for Zenith’s suburban Washington, D.C. operations.

The new 34,000 square foot building will house corporate headquarters, provide an additional 20,000 square feet of warehouse space, and allow for future expansion. The new building will be on Zenith’s existing five acre site in Fredericksburg, VA and is in addition to their existing 20,000 square foot facility. It will replace 5,000 square feet of currently leased office space elsewhere.

Mr. Stanford expressed his desire to have new facilities and the ability to custom design the space for Zenith’s growing needs. “This also gives us the opportunity to upgrade our IT systems to keep pace with our rapid growth in the aircraft spare parts division.” The building is currently under construction and hopes are for a late spring/early summer 2008 occupancy.

November 2, 2007 - Fredericksburg, VA – Robert Stanford, president of Zenith Aviation, Inc., in conjunction with its Joint Venture partner Great American Group, announced today the purchase of an additional Fifteen Million dollars of new Canadair Regional Jet and DeHavilland Turbo Prop spare parts.

These additional spares will be available for sale out of Zenith’s Myrtle Beach facility. The parts will join the extensive inventory of Dornier 328 spares under the supervision of Mr. Jim Burke, VP Logistics (843-232-8659).

As Great American and Zenith Aviation continue to expand their presence in the aircraft spare parts arena, Mr. Stanford was quoted as saying “This latest acquisition fits nicely into our long range plans and we anticipate several more similar announcements in the near future”.
